So after a couple of back-and-forths, I’m finally arriving at Kyiv PM Day. I’ve been many times to Kyiv, but this conference is a first for me, and it’s on 11 April, 2020.
So you’re probably asking: That’s a project management conference, no testing or development, so what are you doing there? Well, I can tell you that everyone, not just developers or test experts, agile or non-agile, needs better estimation and planning.
I’m going to cram a whole full-day workshop on “Better Estimation and Planning” into a short presentation. I’m covering both agile and “classic” ways of thinking on how to better plan and survive big projects and small tasks.
